- elle n&#8217;entraîne pas le discrédit ou le dénigrement d&#8217;un concurrent,<br />
- elle n&#8217;engendre pas de confusion entre l&#8217;annonceur et un concurrent,<br />
- la marque ou société n&#8217;est plus obligée de communiquer à son concurrent sa publicité comparative avant sa diffusion.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ours musclé, vêtu d&#8217;une petite feuille, girafe en corset rose&#8230; la petite bouteille ronde Orangina est de retour. Partant du principe  qu&#8217;Orangina est à la fois un jus de fruit &#8220;naturel&#8221; et une boisson plus fun type cola, l&#8217;agence <a href="http://www.pubard.com/fr/FFL">FFL</a> a cherché dans cette campagne à allier les deux idées avec la base-line &#8220;Naturellement pulpeuse&#8221;.<br />
Les visuels représentent des personnages mi-animaux, humains ou végétaux, le tout dans un esprit sensuel et humoristique.<br />
L&#8217;objectif est de redonner un statut d&#8217;icône à cette marque passée quasiment inaperçue en com ces dernières années.<br />
Un spot télé ainsi qu&#8217;un site internet seront visibles qu&#8217;à partir de début novembre.</p>
