<p>Quelques exemples :</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>DERNIER AVIS Nous vous invitons à retirer votre cheque numéro 597594. Tel au 0899704080 pour le recevoir (1,35E+0,34/mn-RCS411864986)</em>&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>Vous avez été tiré au sort à 11h! peut etre 10.000 euros pour commencer 2008 en beaute ! Appelez vite le 0899700573 (1.35E+0,34Mn RCS342177029)</em>&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>Salut c moi! J&#8217;attends tjr tn appel,a croire que je t&#8217;ai laisse mon numero pr rien,rappelle moi au 0899785026</em>&#8220;</p>
<p>Cette arnaque reste aussi très lucrative car les amendes versées par ces sociétés sans scrupules sont toujours peu dissuasives.</p>

<p>Réponse par email de l&#8217;ARCEP (Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes) :</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>Dans tous les cas, n&#8217;hésitez pas à signaler le fait à votre opérateur, qui pourra, le cas échéant, prendre langue avec l&#8217;opérateur qui gère cette tranche de numéros, ce dernier connaissant, de fait, la société qui utilise ce numéro précis.</em><br />
<em>Difficile de se prémunir, car ce sont des robots d&#8217;appels qui effectuent la manœuvre, en balayant systématiquement toute la tranche. Ainsi, personne n&#8217;a rien vendu à personne (en termes d&#8217;informations sur les numéros), dans ce type d&#8217;arnaque&#8230;</em>&#8220;</p>
<p>Seul recours à priori, les associations de consommateurs comme UFC Que Choisir sont débordées et regroupent les plaintes afin de lancer les poursuites nécessaires.</p>
<p>Pour ma part, j&#8217;ai rejoint la <a href="http://groups.google.com/group/remboursez/web/proposition-de-plainte-collective">plainte collective</a> de Guillaume Mareschal proposée sur Google Groups.</p>
<p>J&#8217;ai ainsi appris qu&#8217;il était possible d&#8217;obtenir les coordonnées de la société émettrice du SMS en renvoyant la réponse &#8216;contact&#8217;.</p>
<p>Curieusement, je n&#8217;ai jamais reçu le moindre spam en plus de 10 ans de fidélité à Bouygtel.<br />
Mon nouvel opérateur revendrait-il ses fichiers clients?</p>
<p>Si vous êtes victime de ce genre de pratique, je ne peux que vous inviter à conserver ces messages et suivre l&#8217;action menée par M. Mareschal.</p>

<p>L&#8217;iPhone est distribué aux Etats-Unis par AT&amp;T. Depuis le lancement en juin dernier, plus d&#8217;un million d&#8217;appareils ont été vendus aux Etats-Unis. Et le succès de l&#8217;iPhone pourrait encore être accentué par la décision que vient de prendre Apple de diminuer de 200 dollars son prix de vente.</p>
